I first learned about Dune Lockers about 2 weeks ago. For me, it is a disastruous assualt on our residential neighborhood. Intentional? I don't know. It was passed as a major extension to the campground's PUD with no notification to the residential property owners on the west side of Ridge Road..
From the zoning Ordinance:
Major modifications to an approved PUD shall be subject to review and approval
under a new application for PUD zoning.
This should mean that all property owners within 300 ft of the entire PUD should have been NOTICED.Following is the site plan from the PUD expansion. It appears that only those within 300 ft of the 40 acres defined by the orangle rectangle below were sent notices.

3. A nonconforming use may not be extended or enlarged to occupy additional buildings or
land outside the original building
4. A nonconforming use of open land may not be extended to cover more land than was
occupied by that use before the effective date of this ordinance.
